4 Hour Body Slow Carb Diet ReviewThe 4 hour body slow carb diet has quite a bit in common with the Candida diet and even the cancer diet. In fact, the 4 body slow carb diet is so common that it’s five pillars a.k.a. the five rules that the entire program is built off of our five of the 10 rules that the Candida diet follows. The basics are fairly easy like avoiding starchy carbohydrates, choosing the correct meals, drinking water, not eating sugary fruit. However, the only thing that I would say is different between the diets, is the fact that the four-hour body slow carb diet is dieting you for the long haul and therefore allows you to eat what you want on the weekend. While on the other hand, the Candida by Fitnessential works within three weeks and does not allow for any breaks elapses. If this is not a make it or break it type of thing for you, I would suggest the four-hour body slow carb diet over the Candida diet.

 

This may seem out of place, but the four-hour body slow carb diet is deftly fit for those people who are looking to be able to “squeeze out of the diet every now and then”. My only complaint against the diet is the fact that unwittingly they address the Candida albicans, yet never truly hit on the head about how to get rid of it. It’s the difference between shooting a machine gun and shooting a machine gun with a laser sight.

 

Rule #1: Avoid “white” starchy carbohydrates (or those that can be white). This means all bread, pasta, rice, potatoes, and grains. If you have to ask, don’t eat it.
Rule #2: Eat the same few meals over and over again, especially for breakfast and lunch. You already do this; you’re just picking new default meals.
Rule #3: Don’t drink calories. Exception: 1-2 glasses of dry red wine per night is allowed.
Rule #4: Don’t eat fruit. (Fructose –> glycerol phosphate –> more bodyfat, more or less.) Avocado and tomatoes are excepted.
Rule #5: Take one day off per week and go nuts. I choose and recommend Saturday.[/spoiler]

In the world of diets, the 4 hour body slow carb diet unknowingly becomes one of the better diets out there; however, I know how hopeless it can seem when trying to lose weight, especially if you’re obese. That is why I know that the 4 Hour Body Slow Carb Diet is not fit for everyone, unless they’re willing to wait a few months to see the dramatic changes that an anti-Candida diet would deliver.
